EXECUTIVE, SAFETY HEALTH & ENVIRONMENT

Description

This role will be responsible to monitor the implementation of OHSAS 18001:2007 at each projects and advice on improvement action

Tasks & Responsibilities

1. To execute the development, generation & maintenance of the Safety and Health documentation located in Head Office.
2. To collect and compile minutes of Safety and Health meetings and monthly safety and health report from project site.
3. To coordinate and arrange OHSAS 18001: 2007 awareness training and orientation programme.
4. To assist and advice in developing and maintaining Hazard Identification, Risk Assessment and Determining Control.
5. To monitor and advice of Safety and Health Objective and Targets to Safety and Health Manager.
6. To assist Safety and Health Manager in developing Occupational Safety and Health awareness training modules.
7. To assist and ensuring the implementation of OHSAS 18001: 2007 related to inspection and audit program at worksites and head office.
8. To prepare of audit and inspection checklist.
9. To assist Safety & Health Manager in executing audit and inspection in compliance with schedule.
10. To monitor the recommendation for improvement and prevention of recurrence.
11. To assist Safety and Health manager in development and implementation of staff\'s development programme / training requirement related to Safety & Health.
12. To assist in the implementation of Integrated Management System (IMS) and integrated management of financial processes that affect the operations of other departments. 13. To carry out any other duties as and when instructed by the Management from time to time.

Education

Degree in Safety and Health or Environmental

Experience

At least 3 years experience in Safety, Health and Environmental: 1. SHE Inspections & Assessments 2. SHE Internal audits 3. ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 documentations
