Full-time Bachelor\'s Degree At least 3 years of relevant experience Position Summary Support the Factory SHE Manager in all aspects of Safety, Health & Environment (SHE). A day in the life of a SHE Executive. Compliance: Support the adherence to all company principles, policies and requirements related to SHE. Support in compliance with SHE-related legal requirements. Help to develop and sustain a local network (including authorities, other factories, etc). SH&E Systems: Support NCE and TPM SHE-Pillar programs in the goal of 0 injuries and incidents Support activities to achieve compliance with NSMS/NEMS requirements and other applicable instructions and standards People and know-how: Coach and motivate the team in the achievement of the SHE objectives. Contribute to the development of competence of SHE champions. Promote SHE awareness and commitment to SHE across the plant. SHE auditing and verification: Support unit readiness for internal and external audits. Performs trouble shooting and corrective action follow-up of non-conformities. What will make you successful At least 3years of professional experience across safety, health and/or environmental (SHE) areas in manufacturing setting. Demonstrated ability to deliver results through others. Green Book certified. Experienced in liaising with local authorities regarding any SHE matters. Food manufacturing is added advantage.
