• Develop, implement, and manage safety, health, and environment (SHE) programs in accordance with local regulations and industry best practices.
• Conduct regular site inspections and audits to ensure compliance with SHE standards and regulations.
• Hold a Green Book issued by the Department of Occupational Safety and Health (DOSH), signifying professional competence in managing safety and health in the workplace.
• Provide training and education to employees on SHE matters, including emergency response drills.
• Investigate accidents, incidents, and near-misses to identify their causes and propose preventive measures.
• Prepare and present regular SHE reports to management.
• Liaise with relevant authorities, contractors, and stakeholders on SHE matters.
• Ensure the company is prepared and compliant with ISO 14001 (Environmental Management) and ISO 45001 (Occupational Health and Safety).

Skills & Experience Required:

• Possession of a valid Green Book issued by DOSH.
• Degree or diploma in Occupational Safety and Health, Environmental Science, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the relevant industry.
• Excellent knowledge of local SHE regulations and industry best practices.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Proficient in risk assessment and incident investigation.
• Certified First Aider is an added advantage.
