Job Description

: - \xc2\xb7 To develop, establish and monitor a coherence of day-to-day administration requirements at the Sales Gallery, including attend to sales inquiries, project explanation to the customers, SPA signing and after sales service. \xc2\xb7 Coordinate and be the focal point of contact to head office and sales gallery. \xc2\xb7 Coordinate and be the focal point of contact to contractor or service provider on any repair work, renovation or other installation work. \xc2\xb7 Manage the overall marketing administrations functions such as Marketing Collaterals printing & production quotation. \xc2\xb7 Respond to all sales enquiries, after sales service issues, and complaints from owners. \xc2\xb7 Liaison with purchasers/financiers/ solicitors/suppliers as well as other departments. \xc2\xb7 Assist in project launches and other related events when required. \xc2\xb7 Maintain proper filing systems to ensure the traceability of documents. \xc2\xb7 Responsible to maintain sales office, mock up units and showroom in good conditions. \xc2\xb7 To build and maintain good relationship with existing and potential customers & suppliers. \xc2\xb7 Responsible to assist Marketing agent in processing sales transaction. \xc2\xb7 Responsible to prepare report in regards of prospects and sales. \xc2\xb7 Other duties as assigned by management from time to time. Requirements: - \xc2\xb7 Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor\'s Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Property Development/Real Estate Management or equivalent. \xc2\xb7 Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin. \xc2\xb7 Knowledge in Hokkien Dialect will be an added advantage. \xc2\xb7 At least 2 years of hands-on experiences in the relevant field is required for this position. \xc2\xb7 Computer literate with knowledge in Microsoft Excel, Word & PowerPoint. \xc2\xb7 Meticulous, independent, and able to work in a fast-pace environment. \xc2\xb7 Must be positive character and good team player. Fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply as training will be provided. Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate Salary: RM2,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month Benefits:
