Prepare and compile month-end reports for the General Manager;
Ensure all General Manager's reports are compile for submission a head of dateline;
Ensure all correspondences are updates and replied on a timely manner;
Attends all the General Manager related meetings in the hotel and take accurate notes and/ or minutes of meetings as deemed necessary. Channel these documents for the General Manager to review before distribution within 2 days;
Handle incoming email and other assign material, maintain an efficient and effective filing system;
Prepare daily traces for the General Manager;
Manage the General Manager's appointments and meetings;
Screen all calls and impromptu meetings;
Maintaining a professional relationship with internal and external customers;
Perform duties beyond the normal working hours as and when required;
Implement and maintain office systems, filing, work procedures, and equipment;
Prepare all guest questionnaires and letters on behalf of General Manager;
Sound knowledge on all departments' role and functions within the hotel;
Accountable for the availability and good working condition of office equipment and stationary for the General Manager's office;
Accountable for a high standard of cleanliness in the office;
Be conscientious of cost control, occupational health, hygiene and safety issues;
Observing personal hygiene and grooming standards as defined in the employee handbook;
Time management and punctuality;
Any other tasks as delegated by the General Manager from time to time.

Pay: RM4,500.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
