JOB PURPOSEThe overall purpose of this job is:To support the creation and expansion of Agrobank\'s Corporate Transformation Plan (CTP). To meet this purpose, the scope of this job includes supporting the process of establishing a Takaful entity from inception to operationalization: * Assist in the formulation of the strategic initiatives to establish a Takaful entity

• Support the process of designing the end-to-end target operating model for Takaful business.
• Active involvement in preparing relevant approval papers for internal and external stakeholders\' endorsement.
• Assist in preparing and executing proper development plan to meet the company\'s business target

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES * Execute Achieve the organization\'s revenue target with the implementation of various strategic initiatives.

• To assist in developing and providing affordable products and to cater for the needs of unserved and underserved customers
• Coordinate the process required to fulfil customer expectations on takaful products and services through efficient and effective methods and deliverables with particular focus on insurtech usage
• To assist in formulating plan to provide alternative tools for the customers and the community to perform their financial transactions such as cashless or digital payment platform.
• To assist and be actively involved in the initiatives for establishing a takaful entity focusing on agriculture
• Assist in developing suitable training modules using the appropriate delivery channels to ensure effective and wider coverage.
• Help prepare relevant literatures and materials and ensure effective communication to internal stakeholders.

QUALIFICATIONSEducation: Bachelor\'s Degree in Business, or related disciplineExperience: Minimum 3 years of working experience preferably in any financial services institution.KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS

• Exposed to insurance/takaful discipline
• Sufficient exposure to organizational transformation
• Driver & self-starter - an ability to demonstrate initiative, independent, solution-oriented mindset
• Customer focused - an ability to understand and anticipate customer\'s perspectives and needs
• Collaboration and networking - comfortable working with others to accomplish shared goals and objectives
• Systematic and integrative thinking with an ability to connect the dots on a macro basis.
• Creative and able to come out with out of the box solutions and ideas.
• Effective communication - possess the ability to express thoughts orally and in writing with good interpersonal skills, communications, relationship building and presentation skills
• Agile and versatile - an ability to respond positively, is flexible and quick to adapt to changes in work processes, environment, culture and priorities.
• Competent with MS Word, Powerpoints and Excel and other collaboration & communication tools.
