Responsible for sales and marketing for animal care industry.
Responsible for maintaining current market share in existing customers.
Responsible for growing and developing new customers to increase market share.
Responsible to report on current market developments while maintaining routine visit reports.
Managing operating industry cluster budgets and costs.
Accountable for net sales/EBIT responsibility, where applicable.
Maintaining customers\' rapport and ensuring the profitability of the BL.
Formulation and implementation of business plans to expand the market share.
Review customer requirements and develop business proposals.
Analyze sales records to investigate market trend & other relevant market developments
Able to manage credit and payment issues.
Monitor and manage stock inventories and accounts receivables at agreed level.
Prepare monthly reports according to Business Unit requirement.
Liaise with Supply Chain management to ensure optimal inventory level and on time delivery.
Sourcing for suppliers (eg, feed additives, farm used items) and processing necessary regulatory documentations with Department of Veterinary Services (DVS)
Willingness to travel nationwide independently (West/East Malaysia)
Familiarity with the feed mill/integrator key accounts
Firm grasp of costing/margins and sound negotiation skills with suppliers and customers
Excellent analytical skills with entrepreneurial spirits.
Job Requirement
Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor\'s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Degree, in animal nutrition/husbandry or any related field.
Has sales experience of minimum 5 years within the animal nutrition/husbandry related industries
