RHE Solutions Technical Sales Executive Digitalising Agriculture Technical Sales Executive Department: Sales Reporting To: Director Responsible For: Building pipeline and execute sales activities leading to securing new customer (If applicable) contracts in the agriculture industry in Malaysia, Indonesia and Singapore. Location: Malaysia General Summary of Role: The Technical Sales Executive (TSE) will be directly responsible for acquiring new customers by selling market leading cloud-based precision farm management software solution to the agriculture industry in Southeast Asia. The TSE will work closely with Director of RHE to identify and develop customer pipeline and focus on understanding customer requirements and issues so that solution can be proposed to solve farming challenges. TSE understands the sales process and will make presentation to customer as required. TSE works to always maintain high level of customer relationship and engagement. Core Responsibilities: Acquires intimate understanding of customer\xe2\x80\x99s needs, goals and objectives
Build client relationships at the desire level.
Provide point of sales contact to assist RHE principal partners for customer engagements as required and maintain timely communications.
Work with Director and be involved in customer requirement discussions in view of developing effective presentation materials.
Lead and drive customer engagement with well thought through plan.
Discuss and seek approval from Director for all customer engagement plan.
Lead and support Technical Sales Consultant (TSC) for all customer engagement.
Prepare customer proposal and seek approval from director prior to customer submission.
Other tasks and duties as may be required from time to time based on business requirements.
Responsible for pipeline and monthly forecast.
High level presentation to prospects and customers
Requirements Experience and Work Achievements
Practical knowledge on email, iPhone/Android App and Whatsapp for effective communication.
Proficient experience in Microsoft Office 365 software.
Previous work experience in sales for agriculture related industry desirable. For example, fertiliser, agriculture input etc.
