Job Description


As the Technical Sales Executive, you will have the exciting opportunity to conduct hands-on product demonstrations and engage with both existing and potential customers within the designated regions. You will play a pivotal role in strategising and executing dynamic sales and marketing activities; your innovative approach will not only help exceed the sales targets but also to secure a substantial market share and remarkable milestones within the team.

  • Engage in hands-on product demonstrations and sales visits to both existing and potential customers within assigned regions.
  • Strategically plan and execute dynamic sales and marketing activities to surpass Sales Plan targets, seize significant market share, and achieve marketing milestones in designated territories.
  • Develop comprehensive Sales Plans, Revenue tracking reports, and Customer Account Profiles for effective customer engagement in the assigned regions
  • Provide personalised technical assistance, exceptional customer support, and attentive patient follow-up to external clients.
  • Conduct interactive and informative training sessions for nurses, referring physicians, healthcare professionals, and team members.
  • Acquire valuable market insights, including competitor product analyses, pricing intelligence, and impactful marketing initiatives.
  • Stay well-informed about local government healthcare policies and evolving market trends.
  • Be available for prompt response to emergency and follow-up cases during weekends or outside regular office hours.

  • Study background: Bachelor\'s degree or professional qualification, preferably with a major in Life Science, Biomedical, Pharmaceutical, or related field
  • An established candidate with a minimum of 2 year\'s experience in Medical Device technical sales, whereby an experience in a cardiovascular portfolio will be an advantage
  • Strong sales track records, exceptional effective interpersonal relationship with HCPs and multi-stakeholders
  • Have fluent oral and written communication skills in English
  • Flexible in travelling within Malaysia and/or abroad if necessary
  • Available for prompt response to emergency and follow-up cases
