Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Technical Sales Executive. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for daily communication with customers, providing excellent customer service, sales forecast, sales management, and achieving sales targets. The Sales and Marketing Specialist will work closely with the marketing department and technical service team to develop effective sales & marketing strategies. Qualifications Excellent communication and customer service skills Demonstrated sales experience, including sales training and sales management Strong organizational and time-management skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Bachelor\'s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field Experience in the building and construction industry is a plus Fluency in English and proficiency in additional languages is a plus
