Technical support inclusive of offering right products grade, trouble shooting, new product promotion and trial testing support to achieve annual sales target and to maximize company's profitability. Assist to manage and ensure the sales, gross margin & profit before tax are to be meet in align with yearly target. Coordinate, lead and ensure that quality TC service support was provided to existing and potential customers to maintain established business and support business growth strategy to achieve targeted company profit and turnover. Attend to customer quality and performance related issues or feedback. Ensure that satisfactory and on time technical support are provided to rectify or solved the reported issues timely and ensure happy customers. Attend and manage customer audit section and ensure all the audit requirements are to be fulfilled. Where needed, corrective action and response are included as requested and on time.
