Job Description

Responsibilities:

• To execute marketing plans and strategies to achieve successful sales of the project(s)

• To compile or source quotations, raise ECP, prepare memo for management approval
• Coordinate with creative agency on advertising and promotions activities including print, online, electronic media and direct mail
• To liaise with advertising agencies to develop the appropriate marketing collaterals in line with the marketing concept of individual projects within the Group
• Responsible for the development of marketing collaterals in line with individual project\'s marketing plan and activities
• To monitor marketing expenses by monthly, quarterly and yearly within the approved budget
• Responsible for statutory authorities. E.g: Developer License and Advertising Permit (DLAP) submission/renewa, 7F and NAPIC submission
• Responsible in the development of all A&P materials as well as keeping stock of its availability in line with requirements for each project.
• Conduct market studies to keep abreast with the market\'s latest trend, customer preferences and pricing benchmark
• Monitor competitors\' real estate projects in term of design, facilities and pricing strategies
• Evaluate marketing effectiveness for each marketing campaign
• To plan, manage, monitor and provide sufficient manpower for sales duties, launches, special events, roadshows and exhibitions
• Any other duty & responsibility which the company may assign from time to time

Requirements:

• At least diploma or equivalent
• Min 1-2 years working experience in related field. Experience in property or real estate will be advantage.
• Fresh graduate are encourage to apply
• Have positive working attitude, proactive and self-motivated
• Ability to work effectively and efficiently with sales organization and external parties

Job Type: Full-time Salary: RM3,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month Schedule:

• Monday to Friday
