Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily operations and routine maintenance of all plant and building systems (Electrical, Mechanical, HVAC, CDA, FLSS, etc.). Perform scheduled preventive maintenance and coordinate repair work with contractors and service providers. Monitor machinery and equipment performance to ensure they operate within safe and optimal parameters. Respond quickly to maintenance emergencies such as equipment failure, power outages, or system leaks to minimize downtime. Adjust equipment settings as needed to improve performance and meet operational requirements. Record and log data such as temperatures, pressures, flow rates, and system outputs for analysis and reporting. Diagnose and repair equipment issues, ensuring long-term fixes and continuous improvement. Ensure all work complies with health, safety, and fire regulations. Manage spare parts inventory and tools; coordinate with vendors for procurement and repairs. Support engineers and supervisors in coordinating external contractors and maintenance projects. Carry out other tasks as assigned by management.
Required Skills & Competencies:

Hands-on experience with CDA systems and cleanroom environments is preferred. Strong electrical knowledge including wiring diagrams, circuit troubleshooting, and basic PLC understanding. Solid mechanical skills - capable of maintaining and repairing motors, pumps, bearings, conveyors, etc. Familiarity with HVAC systems, plumbing, and general building maintenance. Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to perform root cause analysis. Experience with CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems) for managing tasks and work orders. Basic knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, welding, and fabrication. Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, independently or in a team. Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety and quality standards.

Qualifications:

Technical certificate or diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, or related field. Electrical Chargeman Certificate (AO - A4) is highly preferred. Additional certifications in HVAC, PLC programming, or electrical systems are a plus. Minimum of 4 years experience in facilities or plant maintenance.
