Plan, develop, and monitor cleaning activities to ensure all areas are clean, safe, and comfortable.
Perform general maintenance tasks, including landscaping, painting, floor repair, and carpentry, to maintain physical and functional standards.
Maintain and replenish inventory records for equipment and supplies, ensuring optimal quantities.
Plan and oversee heavy and light cleaning duties, including vacuuming, sweeping, and mopping floors, to keep indoor and outdoor areas clean and presentable.
Conduct and execute preventive maintenance on air compressors, machinery, plant, and equipment according to standard procedures and schedules.
Perform minor plumbing and electrical repairs to maintain utility conditions.
Plan and supervise cleaning services to ensure cleanliness, safety and comfort for all office and factory areas.
Plan and monitor wastes removal and recycling material collection activities.
Manage and maintain cleaning equipment to ensure adequacy and functionality.
Perform and document administrative tasks, including routine inspections and maintenance activities, collect data and report according to EHS and ESG policies.
Maintain the working environment according to safety and 5S requirements.
Perform additional duties as needed or requested by management.
Execution transactions in the ESWIS for consignment and inventory.
Performed activities segregation, packaged, labeled, and managed storage for scheduled waste.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
