Manage daily operations and maintenance of all plant and building systems, including Electrical, Mechanical, HVAC, CDA, and Fire Life Safety Systems (FLSS).
Conduct scheduled preventive maintenance and coordinate repairs with contractors and service providers.
Monitor equipment and machinery to ensure safe and efficient operation.
Respond promptly to emergencies such as equipment failures, power outages, or system leaks to minimize downtime.
Adjust, calibrate, and optimize equipment performance to meet operational requirements.
Maintain accurate records of system data, including temperatures, pressures, flow rates, and outputs for reporting and analysis.
Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair equipment issues, implementing long-term solutions and continuous improvements.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and fire regulations in all maintenance activities.
Manage spare parts and tools inventory, liaising with vendors for procurement and repairs.
Assist engineers and supervisors in managing external contractors and maintenance projects.
Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
Skills & Competencies
Experience with CDA systems and cleanroom environments is an advantage.
Strong electrical knowledge, including wiring diagrams, circuit troubleshooting, and basic PLC skills.
Solid mechanical skills for maintaining and repairing motors, pumps, conveyors, bearings, and related equipment.
Knowledge of HVAC systems, plumbing, and general building maintenance.
Strong problem-solving and root cause analysis abilities.
Proficiency with CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems) for managing work orders and maintenance tasks.
Basic understanding of hydraulics, pneumatics, welding, and fabrication.
Able to work independently or collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Attention to detail with a strong commitment to safety and quality standards.
Qualifications
Technical certificate or diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, or a related field.
Electrical Chargeman Certificate (A0 - A4) preferred.
Additional certifications in HVAC, PLC programming, or electrical systems are a plus.
Minimum 4 years of experience in plant or facilities maintenance.
