Job Description

Our client is a well-known and established MNC manufacturing in Johor Bahru.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Location: Gelang Patah, Johor
• MNC Manufacturing
• To be responsible for the overall building facilities of the plants.
• To review the whole operation, carrying out audits and assessments, identifying and resolving problems and ensuring necessary changes are implemented.
• Recommends maintenance, mechanical, electrical, and facility design modifications.
• Manages and reviews service contracts e.g. Pest Control, Cleaner agreement renewal etc.
• Responsible for sanitation aspects of plant, warehouse, building & surrounding grounds including pest control program for plant.
• Assist in Customer Audits and follow-up on corrective actions.
• Communicates workplace safety precautions to employees.
• Forecasts, allocates, and supervises the financial and physical resources of the facility and environmental management.
• Ensure compliance with Malaysia regulations, and assist with energy management
• Negotiate environmental service agreements and manage associated costs and revenues
• Write environmental reports, assuming lead responsibility in the company
• Set organisational sustainability targets, developing plans to meet those targets and oversee their delivery.
• To handle all correspondence and administration of license application, ensure compliance and approval from relevant authorities

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Degree/Diploma in engineering
• 5 years experience in facilities and maintenance
• Experience in waste water treatment plant, chemicals, clean room and warehouse facilities maintenance and safety.
