Job Description

:



Liaise with vendors for facility upkeep and maintenance Taking care the site overall procurement paper work (sourcing, get quotations for comparison, vendor qualification, create PO and PR) Verification of goods and services received (procured). Raise payment for the vendor job completed within the accounting period. Liaise with contractor on job FCZ entrance registration & Custom approval preparation for customees/vendors/visitors/candidate for employment etc. Prepare refreshment & beverage for customers visit Facility and asset checking and record maintence Lead 3rd party cleaners for daily warehouse / workplace cleaning Any other tasks assigned by the Management pertaininig to site maintenance and upkeep

Requirements:



Diplomain any field. Working experience in facility administration and procurement. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy. Proficiency in MS Office.
