Job Responsibilities

• Responsible for the installation, maintenance and troubleshooting of the electrical wiring system, air-conditioning system, fire-fighting system as well as other building services.
• Liaise with utility providers such as TNB, SYABAS and other regulatory bodies on utility services and compliance issues.
• Responsible to inspect all switch rooms, transformer rooms & genset rooms.
• Attend to all power or machine failure/short/trip and rectify them accordingly.
• Ensure that all facility/maintenance systems meet statutory regulations and environmental & safety standards.
• Carry out monthly electrical meter reading on the switchgear.
• Attend complaints, check and ensure all M&E defects and plumbing works are attended to within a specific time and date line.
• To record, report & arrange spare parts inventory storage.
• To attend any other assignment that may be assigned by the superior/management.

Job Requirement

• Candidate must possess at least Professional Certificate, Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Engineering (Electrical/Electronic) or equivalent.
• At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the facilities management and must be familiar with M&E System
• Candidate must be a minimum certified AO, A1 or A4 level LV Chargeman from Suruhanjaya Tenaga.
• Language required : Bahasa Malaysia & English
• Possesses own transportation ; preferably motorbike
• Preferably specialized in Maintenance/Repair or equivalent.

Job Type: Contract
Contract length: 12 months Salary: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month Ability to commute/relocate:

• Petaling Jaya: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
