We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented
Facility Services Executive
to support and manage day-to-day facility operations. This role involves coordinating vendors, overseeing office facilities, handling lease management, and ensuring smooth execution of maintenance and relocation projects.
If you're organized, resourceful, and enjoy managing multiple moving parts, this position offers valuable hands-on experience in corporate facility management.
Key Responsibilities
1. Facility & Equipment Management
Oversee and coordinate leased office equipment, including renewals and compliance with lease agreements.
Work closely with vendors to manage repairs, maintenance, and timely service delivery.
Plan and coordinate office relocations and space reconfiguration requests.
2. Door Access Control
Support the rollout and maintenance of the new card access system across offices and branches.
Manage user access permissions, reports, and troubleshooting.
3. Holiday Bungalow Management
Handle internal booking requests via the MyWorld platform.
Coordinate with caretakers on maintenance and expense reimbursements.
Work with HR and Property Services to ensure proper upkeep of holiday bungalows.
4. Car Park Management
Administer car park applications and allocations for staff.
Process payments and invoices according to building management procedures.
5. Compliance & Process Improvement
Support compliance initiatives and contribute ideas for process efficiency.
Perform other administrative or departmental duties as assigned.
Requirements
Experience:
1-3 years in facility management or related fields.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Detail-oriented and highly organized; able to follow through until task completion.
Independent, resourceful, and able to work under minimal supervision.
Willing to learn and adapt quickly (training provided).
