Requirements:

Diploma
Do repairing facility job, servicing aircon, compressor, cooling tower, do maintenance, fabrication and installation electrical
3 years in technician job

Scopes:

Do monthly servicing and repairing (crane, aircond, air compressor)
lncharge of fire alarm system and cooling tower system
Weekly check and cleaning the cooling tower.
Monitoring supplier do service and repairing job.
Carry out pest control activites such as spraying insecticide and cutting grass/tree.
Weekly check and test running the pump house.
Maintaining clean and safe environment. (Do 5S job)
Install and repairing floor covering such as rubber mat.
Maintain factory facilities so that they are suitable for production.
Follow equipment/facility contigency plan when activated.
Responsible to be the person in charge of any issue for electrical.
Manage and ensure that parts follow the specification required.
Perform electrical wiring and installation.
Weekly check and updating the checklist for fire extinguisher.
