\xe2\x80\xa2 Assisting the Manager / Maintenance Engineer in the daily maintenance operations. \xe2\x80\xa2 To prepared facility Maintenance Instruction and Schedule. \xe2\x80\xa2 To lead facility team in facility maintenance and troubleshooting. \xe2\x80\xa2 A facility supervisor must continually monitor the facility for compliance with safety, health and environmental regulations. The supervisor coordinates efforts with security company personnel as well as law enforcement representatives. This ensures that workers at the facility are not at risk from health or environmental dangers. Safety and security checks might apply to electrical systems, security and fire alarms, maintenance of machinery, and outdoor grounds. \xe2\x80\xa2 To look into continuous Process Improvement. \xe2\x80\xa2 To perform equipment preventive maintenance. \xe2\x80\xa2 To help Facility Managers identify training needs for subordinates. \xe2\x80\xa2 Establish training programs for subordinates. \xe2\x80\xa2 All other matters related to maintenance inventory. \xe2\x80\xa2 Liaise and cooperate with others departments to solve maintenance problems. \xe2\x80\xa2 Ensure section function smoothly at all times. \xe2\x80\xa2 Performs any other duty as assigned.
