Job Functions of Factory Manager:

Responsible to ensure smooth flow of production works by liaising with maintenance department on condition of machinery equipment.

Fully responsible for all manufacturing division to ensure smooth operations to achieve and then hit to high OEE and productivity.

Enforce safety rules & regulations to create and maintain safe working environment.

Responsible for manpower planning with effective training and leadership to achieve optimum production output as well as accomplish company goals and objectives.

Minimum Requirement:

Degree or above in related qualification.
Minimum 10 years in related industry.
Demonstrate strong leadership capacity with proven track record in the manufacturing sector.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience with GMP, ISO 9001, ISO 22000, ISO 22716 will be an added advantage.
