Job Description

The Factory Manager will be responsible to oversee the production operations of our manufacturing facility in Selangor. The Factory Manager will be responsible for ensuring efficient production processes, maintaining product quality, managing a skilled team, and upholding the company\'s standards of excellence.

• Lead departmental managers/executives to achieve company goals, ensuring consistent high-quality and safe food services to customers.
• Implement strategies aligned with strategic initiatives, providing clear direction and focus.
• Develop, enforce, and assess business processes, policies, standard operating procedures, and operational systems.
• Collaborate closely with the operations department for proper food presentation and quality while addressing feedback.
• Analyze and improve organizational processes, employee requirements, space utilization, and equipment layout, implementing changes.
• Ensure adherence to ISO 9001, HALAL standards, and local legal requirements for quality standards.
• Manage operational expenses, budgets, and cost efficiency to meet growth targets.
• Evaluate central kitchen operations, identify waste reduction opportunities, and enhance performance.
• Prepare tailored reports monthly or as needed.
• Maintain central kitchen machinery, equipment, and facilities.
• Enhance management effectiveness through recruitment, training, coaching, and communication.
• Foster open communication, assign responsibilities, and offer incentives while providing learning opportunities.

• Proven experience as a Factory Manager or in a similar manufacturing leadership role.
• Strong understanding of food industry production processes, quality control, and safety protocols.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to identify and address operational inefficiencies.
• Proficiency in resource allocation, budgeting, and cost control.
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations and compliance in a manufacturing environment.
• Problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to continuous improvement.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations Management, or a related field (preferred).
