Diploma or Certificate in Manufacturing, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
Minimum 2 years of experience in production or supervisory roles.
Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Willing to work shifts and hands-on on the production floor.
Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Tanggungjawab
Supervise factory floor activities and manage production teams.
Plan and monitor daily production schedules to meet targets.
Ensure all machinery and equipment operate efficiently and safely.
Conduct quality checks to maintain product standards.
Coordinate with maintenance, warehouse, and logistics departments.
Monitor staff attendance, performance, and discipline.
Enforce safety and 5S practices within the factory.
Prepare daily or weekly production reports
