Job Description

s :

1.Managing sales and marketing team and setting KPI's and ensuring the team are on track for achieving KPI's.
2.Working with teams on approaches to building business, this includes training and advise on sales technique and approaches.
3.Ensuring reports and sales data is properly reported and captured.
4.Performance management for underperforming members of sales team.
5. Lead support of sales and sales management across all financial areas including sales targets and adjustments, sales compensation, report to Finance, and assist Finance in revenue projection.
6. Researching , approaching and building potential target industries and customers.
7. Putting together a content marketing strategy for the company,this includes brochures,company website and social medias.
8. Maintain sales information and to ensure consistent given target are met.
9. To assure the sales team are well represented and understood prior to the development of sales collateral and sales events. Assist as and where needed.
10. Any other duties as deemed fit by the management.
11. Any other ad-hoc duties when assigned and involving SCS GROUPS of companies.

Qualification & Experience Requirement

-Candidate must possess at least Certicate/Diploma/Degree in Sales.
-At least 5 years of working experience in sales or marketing function.
-Knowledge in Technical skills:Agricultural/same category Equipment.
-Required language(s) skills- Bahasa Malaysia, English.
-Highly motivated,sales oriented with a proven track record, and able to work independently.
-Good interpersonal, comunnication and negotiation skills.
-Must posses own vehicle, valid driving license and able to travel outstation.
