? To have complete knowledge on the food / beverage / service.
? Monitors and ensure adherence to all service standards and SOPs (restaurants / banquet / beverage - as applicable).
? Control and supervises the preparation of all the F&B products to ensure that correct measures and presentations are followed as per the standard of operation of food and beverage department. Ensure and consistent the quality of food and beverage.
? Able to assign and delegate task on daily operation.
? Ensure that all mise-en-place is sufficient during every meal period.
? Responsible for email and phone answering with standard operations procedure.
? In charge of floor service and cashiering.
? Interacts and cooperates in coordinating functions activities with other Food and Beverage Outlets and other Departments as required.
? Complete opening and closing duties including setting up necessary supplies and tools, cleaning all equipment and areas.
? Ensure all daily and monthly reports are detailed and submitted in a timely matter.
? Complete scheduled inventories and stock and assist in controlling inventory of all restaurant and bar supplies.
? Ensure all delegated tasks are completed to performance standards.
? Supervise service of guests, being watchful of signals from guests in need of service.
? Provide courteous service to our guests and be cordial to all team members
? Analyze all guest requirements and prepare plans resolve customer care related issues and satisfy guests.
? Handles minor complaints and reports them to the Manager or Assistant for proper action.
