Possess at least SPM certificate OR Diploma/Professional Certification in related field.
Banqueting event setup and Bartender experiences is an added advantage.
Working experience in hospitality/Hotel industry will be an added advantage.
Willing to work on shift basis, must be able to serve alcohol.
Minimum of 2-3 years related working experience in F&B or hospitality field.

Position Summary:
To assists the supervisor, Executive / Assistant manager / Manager of Food & Beverage in performing duties and replace the managers in absence. To supervise the staff and assists all times.

To assists the Assistant manager / Manager of Food & Beverage in performing their duties in their absence.
To guide all food server & assign staffs for daily assignment/task.
Must be able to perform inventory & stocks ordering and ensures cleanliness of bar area is maintain at utmost hygiene standard level.
Training F&B Servers for basic knowledge and operation flow related to beverages/Food Serving.
Ability to handle cashiering system for payment or keying in orders if required.
Able to assist and support floor services for operational need whenever required.
