Job Requirements:
Qualifications & Experience
Minimum
SPM
orSKM (Sijil Kemahiran Malaysia)
in F&B / Culinary / Hospitality. Experience in F&B service, cafe/restaurant, or hotel is an advantage.Basic barista skills (coffee preparation)
will be an added advantage. Fresh graduates / school leavers are encouraged to apply. Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.Key Skills
Friendly and good communication with guests. Able to follow instructions and work in a team. Physically fit and comfortable standing long hours. Basic knowledge in food handling and hygiene is a plus.
Main Duties
Serve food and beverages to customers in a polite and professional manner. Assist in table setup, clearing, and cleaning. Support in kitchen or event preparation when required. Follow hygiene and safety standards at all times. Ensure guest satisfaction and respond to their requests.
