Job Description

Team Leadership & Operations

Lead, guide, and support F&B crew members during shifts. Assign daily tasks and ensure smooth workflow throughout service hours. Assist in training new staff on service standards, customer service, and SOPs. Monitor staff performance and provide feedback when necessary. Ensure proper staff scheduling and break arrangements.

Customer Service

Maintain high standards of hospitality and customer satisfaction. Handle customer inquiries, requests, and minor complaints professionally. Assist with order taking, serving, and cashiering when required.

Quality & Standards

Ensure cleanliness and organization of the dining area, counter, and workstations. Maintain food safety and hygiene standards at all times. Ensure compliance with company SOPs and safety guidelines.

Operational Support

Assist in inventory checks, stock control, and replenishment. Coordinate with kitchen and management to ensure efficient service flow. Handle opening and closing duties as assigned.

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
