Control and analyze the quality, level of product and service, guest satisfaction, department operating costs, sanitation, cleanliness and hygiene are compliance with the statutory requirements.
Ensure VIP set-ups are checked to ensure optimum guest's satisfaction.
Ensure departmental profitability by preparing the F&B budget, supervising inventory of F&B items, preparing menu costing and cycle of menu, recommending and implementing special projects such as F&B promotions, setting goals for the F&B operations with Outlet Manager and follow-up on progress and comparing goals and actual results.
Assist in the development pf sales programmed via advertising of F&B products or merchandising such F&B products.
Provide market intelligence viz a viz, competition from other competitor hotels, F&B outlets, their products, trends, cost and etc.
Maintain personal contact with guests and the local community in order to enhance the F&B operations and obtain feedback on guest satisfaction.
