Lead and oversee daily operations of restaurant and banquet outlets with strong focus on
guest satisfaction
Ensure all guests receive
exceptional service
, professional handling and prompt resolution of complaints
Build strong
rapport with guests, clients and event organizers
to encourage repeat business
Manage and coordinate banquet events including weddings, corporate functions and meetings
Work closely with Sales, Kitchen and Operations teams to deliver seamless guest experiences
Train, coach and motivate F&B service teams to maintain high service standards
Monitor service quality, hygiene standards and compliance with hotel SOPs
Prepare operational and service performance reports for management
Requirements:
Minimum
5 years' experience
in hotel F&B operations,
with restaurant & banquet exposure
Proven strength in
customer service, guest relations and complaint handling
Fluent in English
(spoken & written); Bahasa Malaysia is an added advantage
Excellent communication, interpersonal and leadership skills
Strong ability to handle VIP guests and high-profile events professionally
Able to work under pressure, especially during peak operations and large events
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM3,800.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
