Oversee daily operations across all outlets and the central kitchen.
Ensure consistent food quality, service standards and brand experience at every outlet.
Supervise and support Outlet Supervisors and team leads in managing performance and training.
Monitor financial performance, including sales, cost control and profitability.
Plan manpower scheduling, inventory flow and supply chain coordination.
Drive operational efficiency, SOP compliance and process improvements.
Lead communication between management and outlets for smooth execution of business goals.
Assist in new outlet openings, project planning and operational readiness.
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Business, Hospitality or related field.
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in F&B operations or multi-outlet management.
Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
Results-driven with good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Able to work independently, manage multiple outlets and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
Possess own transport and willing to travel between outlets.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
