Job Description

Take the lead in greeting customers warmly and providing exemplary service. Handle customer feedback and complaints professionally to protect brand image. Be knowledgeable about products and actively promote sales. Strictly implement food safety standards in ingredient handling, processing, and storage. Conduct regular checks on product quality and expiry dates to prevent incidents. Lead by example in following company policies and SOPs. Assist management in supervising staff performance and correcting deviations. Support initiatives on cost control and waste reduction. Demonstrate professional skills and service etiquette to junior staff. Guide and support new employees to adapt quickly to workflows. Proactively suggest improvements for operations, service quality, and promotions. Minimum Good communication and teamwork skills, with leadership potential. Minimum

1-2 years of relevant experience

in the food & beverage industry.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM4,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
