Responsible for pre-sales & post-sales activities including conducting demo, CMEs, evaluation, training & etc.
Assists in documentation of routine activities in compliance with company\xe2\x80\x99s quality management system.
Handle troubleshooting calls/on-site investigation. Might need to work out of office hours.

Understand customer experimental needs/ objective(s) and provide company solutions that help to achieve customer scientific goals.
Ability to support customer technical problems by phone calls, email, webinar, or in-person.
Ability to integrate both internal and field-based resources to find solutions based on customer requests.
Ability to prioritize conflicting customer requests based on urgency and business value.
Fluent in English, both oral and written. Additional language skills are welcome.
Position Requirements
Minimum Bachelor in Biomedical Science/Medical Laboratory Technology or equivalent.
1-3 years in clinical laboratory experience, and/or minimum 1 year in field-based application support is required. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
Familiar with clinical laboratory workflow and diagnostic tests.
Basic technical knowledge and understanding of molecular biology, including DNA/RNA extraction, PCR, qPCR & dPCR would be a plus point.
Excellent and effective communication skills with good interpersonal characteristics.
Good team player and able to work independently
Able to travel within (domestic) and outside (international) of Malaysia.
