Job Requirements Bachelor\'s degree in biological sciences or equivalent. Master degree or PhD in molecular biology or a related field is highly desirable. Extensive lab experience, and/or 1-3 years in field-based customer support functions. Comprehensive technical knowledge and understanding of molecular biology, including DNA/RNA purification, PCR, cloning, and sequencing. Deep knowledge of wet lab molecular biology and genomics workflows. Familiarity with NGS and dPCR applications would be a plus point. Excellent communication skills High commitment to customer satisfaction and take ownership for reported customer inquiries. Thrives in a team environment. Able to travel within (domestic) and outside (international) of Malaysia. Fresh graduate with related experiences is welcome to apply.
