Kelayakan

• Bachelor\'s degree in biological sciences or equivalent. Master degree or PhD in molecular biology or a related field is highly desirable.
• Extensive lab experience, and/or 1-3 years in field-based customer support functions.
• Comprehensive technical knowledge and understanding of molecular biology, including DNA/RNA purification, PCR, cloning, and sequencing.
• Deep knowledge of wet lab molecular biology and genomics workflows. Familiarity with NGS and dPCR applications would be a plus point.
• Excellent communication skills
• High commitment to customer satisfaction and take ownership for reported customer inquiries.
• Thrives in a team environment.
• Able to travel within (domestic) and outside (international) of Malaysia.
• Fresh graduate with related experiences is welcome to apply.

• Have the ability to build positive relationships and engage in scientific discussions with customers.
• Ability to demonstrate proper etiquette and empathy for each customer interaction.
• Understand customer experimental needs/ objective(s) and provide company solutions that help to achieve customer scientific goals.
• Ability to support customer technical problems by phone calls, email, webinar, or in-person.
• Ability to integrate both internal and field-based resources to find solutions based on customer requests.
• Ability to prioritize conflicting customer requests based on urgency and business value.
• Fluent in English, both oral and written. Additional language skills are welcome.
