KelayakanPosition Requirements

• Minimum Bachelor in Biomedical Science/Medical Laboratory Technology or equivalent.
• 1-3 years in clinical laboratory experience, and/or minimum 1 year in field-based application support is required. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Familiar with clinical laboratory workflow and diagnostic tests.
• Basic technical knowledge and understanding of molecular biology, including DNA/RNA extraction, PCR, qPCR & dPCR would be a plus point.
• Excellent and effective communication skills with good interpersonal characteristics.
• Good team player and able to work independently
• Able to travel within (domestic) and outside (international) of Malaysia.

Personal Requirements

• A customer-facing personality, including the ability to build positive relationships and engage in scientific discussions with customers.
• Ability to demonstrate proper etiquette and empathy for each customer interaction.
• Understand customer experimental needs/ objective(s) and provide company solutions that help to achieve customer scientific goals.
• Ability to support customer technical problems by phone calls, email, webinar, or in-person.
• Ability to integrate both internal and field-based resources to find solutions based on customer requests.
• Ability to prioritize conflicting customer requests based on urgency and business value.
• Fluent in English, both oral and written. Additional language skills are welcome.

Tanggungjawab

• Responsible for pre-sales & post-sales activities including conducting demo, CMEs, evaluation, training & etc.
• Assists in documentation of routine activities in compliance with company\'s quality management system.
• Handle troubleshooting calls/on-site investigation. Might need to work out of office hours.
