Job Description

Working days: Monday - Friday (8.30am-5.30pm)

Lokasi: Menara UEM, Bangsar

Job Responsibilities:

Procurement Support



1 - Assist in raising Purchase Requisitions (PR) and ensure accuracy of item details and cost coding.

2 - Perform Goods Received Note (GRN) updates in the system to confirm delivery of materials and services.

3 - Follow up with suppliers on delivery status to ensure timely arrival of items.

Billing & Documentation



1-Prepare billing documentation for Shell, including completing and submitting BRF forms.

2-Assist in compiling and organizing supporting documents required for client billing.

Financial Administration



1- Handle petty cash submissions and ensure claims follow company policies and documentation standards.

Reporting



1- Compile reports for vendor claims and client claims, ensuring completeness, accuracy, and timely submission.

2-Maintain proper filing and records for audit and reconciliation purposes.

Requirements:

Diploma in finance, accounting, or relevant.

Minimum two (2) years' experience


Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: From RM2,800.00 per month
