Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated a

Finance Admin Clerk

to support our daily accounting and administrative operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing and managing financial documents, handling staff claims, and performing general clerical duties related to finance.

Key Responsibilities:



Handle full sets of financial documents including

Payment Vouchers, Purchase Orders, Invoices, and Delivery Orders (DO)

. Follow up on

payments from customers

in a timely manner. Process and verify

staff claims

and reimbursements. Assist in

ad-hoc assignments

and tasks as directed by management.

Requirements:



Minimum qualification:

SPM/Diploma

or equivalent in Finance, Accounting, or related field. Preferably

Chinese female

, single or married. Age between

26 to 40 years old

. Proficient in

Bahasa Melayu

and

English

. Resides near

USJ 1, Subang Jaya

or able to commute easily. Knowledge of

SQL Accounting Software

is an added advantage. Able to

start work immediately

is preferred.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,200.00 per month
