Key Duties And Responsibilities

• Prepare insightful and accurate monthly/quarterly P&L reviews with comparative reporting versus budget and forecast.
• Lead budgeting and forecasting processes locally end to end, focusing on timeliness and accuracy.
• Support senior management in understanding variances and major drivers.
• Prepare value-added ad hoc financial reports and analyses as appropriate.
• Liaison with other group centers to exchange best practices and continuously improve management reporting aligned with group standards.
• Build strong working relationships with local and global management.
• Participate in automating financial reporting and other financial projects.

• Several years of relevant experience in finance positions.
• Deep and thorough understanding of the leading budgeting and management accounting practices and principles.
• Technically competent with exposure to various financial systems (ERP, forecasting, reporting).
• Excellent understanding of business complexity and project interdependencies.
• A self-starter with the ability to work to tight deadlines.
• Ability to prioritize workload with attention to detail and willingness to complete projects promptly and efficiently.
• Curiosity and eagerness to gain further finance and business knowledge.
• Ability to work in cross-functional and matrix environments.
• A team player with an open-minded and supportive approach.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, including the ability to manage through influence.
