We\'re a tech start-up using our smart technology to help our customers manage their care, the way they want it - recovering with grace, control & dignity.So, what will be your part in our Mission?As a Finance Associate, you\'ll be responsible for driving and closing general accounting duties, maintain complete sets of financial records, keep track of accounts, and verify the accuracy of procedures used for recording financial transactions.This role sits within the Finance team, as part of the team comprising multiple accounts in different countries. Your responsibilities will include:

• Perform financial accounting and bookkeeping; prepare ledger entries as well as monthly and quarterly closing accounts
• Work closely with finance lead to support in financial planning and analysis and effectively perform payment and expense management functions, including invoicing, accounts receivable/payable as well as vendor payments and expense reimbursements
• Support Homage\'s finance leadership to lead monthly financial and accounts reviews with Homage\'s senior executive team.
• Continuously improve and optimize our financial workflows and conventions and use existing technology tools and applications to increase efficiency and automation
• Support finance manager in annual report preparation, external audit, statutory filing and other compliance requirements. Homage\'s external financial consultant in preparation of annual financial statements and any external audit requirements
• Support tax filing and collaboration with tax agents
• Process and ensure employees\' expense claims are in line with company\'s policy
• Support the processing and execution of operating expense and claims

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

• Bachelor\'s degree or diploma holder or 1-2 years of relevant experience in lieu, fresh grads are also welcome to apply
• Excels in a fast-paced, high growth and rapidly changing technology-driven environment
• Comfortable with ambiguity - we\'re a fast growing business and there\'s always grey areas, which is part of the fun. You should be comfortable with it and understand not everything is 100% defined all the time
• Meticulous, organised and attentive to details in the midst of a fast-paced environment
