This includes implementing a new ERP, a Legal Entity Rationalisation Programme (LERP), Target Operating Model changes and process and structural related changes.The new ERP system (Oracle) is highly dependent on the accurate set-up of Master data and there is an ongoing requirement to manage Customer and Supplier information.AVEVA is seeking an Oracle Master Data Management (MDM) team member to join the Shared Services team. This is a 1-year Fixed Term Contract position based in our Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia office.Role Profile:Administer and maintain accurate data within the systems used by the master data teamLiaise with various teams in the departmentMaintain, review and monitor systems to ensure data accuracyAssist with risk assessments, implementing any necessary changes to contain and reduce risksAssist with the maintenance and review of Standard Operating Procedures to ensure they are accurate and up to date at all timesSupport internal projects to ensure activities are completed within given timelinesActivities include:Creation and Maintenance of Supplier data in Oracle:Review of requests from Procurement for new suppliers to ensure the supplier does not already existSet-up of new suppliers and adjustments to existing suppliers based on the requests received and follow up to ensure approvers provide a timely responseLiaison with Procurement/AP Teams regarding any system errors arising out of master data errorsCreation and Maintenance of Customers in Oracle:Review of requests from Commercial Operations/Sales Operations for new customers to ensure the customer does not already existSet-up of new customers and adjustments to existing customer based on the requests receivedLiaison with Credit Management to ensure that credit scores and credit limits are appropriately reflected in OracleLiaison with Commercial Operations Team regarding any system errors arising out of master data errorsData Migration:Review Data upload files before loading to ensure the data being loaded is correctManage review process post data load to ensure data has all been correctly loaded and in accordance with local requirementsPerformance ManagementEnsure that KPI\xe2\x80\x99s are metRecommend as appropriate changes to processes.Identify process improvements in the Master Data processRequirementsPrevious experience within an administration focused role.Good communication skills at all levels, both written and verbalExperience of project workStrong sense of integrityStrong Stakeholder Management skillsExperience of Outlook and basic Microsoft packagePrevious Oracle experience - desirableAVEVA requires all successful applicants to undergo and pass a comprehensive background check before they start employment.
