About the Assignment: (Skills and knowledge): v Problem-solving and argumentation ability. v Excellent communication skills v Negotiation skills to persuade customers to repay the debt v Proven experience as a Collection Specialist or similar role v Customer-oriented and has good customer service skills v Able to work under stress v Good interpersonal skills v Honest, pro-active, customer-oriented and detail-focused v Meticulous and timeliness in meeting deadlines v Team player Essential Experience / Criteria: \xc3\x98 Experienced in related field (Financing, Servicing) \xc3\x98 Enthusiasm towards learning \xc3\x98 Able to perform critical problem solving & perform excellent communication skill. \xc3\x98 _Able to communicate in fluent in Bahasa & English, Chinese speaking will be an advantages on the role
