Job Responsibilities Finance Management and Operations Managethe financial reporting for the organization - monthly financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting and all statutory financial reporting OverseeAccounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Tax, Treasury, Financial and Management Accounting functions Manage and track budget and accounting information including billing. collections and tax information Manage and oversee taxation and transfer pricing affairs of the organization, liaise with external tax firm for specialist advice Manage and oversee the cash flow of the company and ensure it has the appropriate treasury controls Manage hedging and foreign currencies (if relevant) Managing and overseeing the company\'s financial systems Advisory for commercial decision making from tender analysis, recharge mechanism and allocation Advise and implement best practice methods to reduce costs and maintain transfer pricing Lead budgeting and forecasting cycle with function/ delivery heads, ensuring business has ownership of business plan Support Head of Centre and Head of Operations on any ad-hoc tasks/ analysis Stakeholder Management Manage relationship with customers (service recipients of the bank) Presentation of financial results and insights to the Board or Leadership team Articulate financial results to non-finance stakeholders Partner with function and delivery heads by providing support and meaningful financial information with insightful analysis and cost recommendations Governance and Risk Management Risk management to ensure finance has a solid risk framework in place Custodian of finance related policies and procedures, where necessary prepare local adaptation of group guidelines Responsible for all aspect of financial and management reporting to UOB Group and local regulatory reporting Ensure effective internal controls and governance in line with UOB Group policies and procedures Liaise with auditors and tax agent to ensure timely submission of audited accounts and tax return Organization Management Manage the finance team to provide value-add partnership to the business by delivering enhanced management information and analytics that assist business to attain their financial and strategic objectives Recruitment, training, coaching and development of finance staff Financial Management Assist to oversee facility management and operation of the centre Job Requirements Minimum 8 to 10 years of experience in the following:- A range of finance and accounting roles, Eg management reporting, budgeting and forecasting, financial control, regulatory reporting and taxation Managing IT finance, recharges, transfer pricing and taxation in shared services and outsourcing organization Collaborating with senior management to organize, plan and achieve company financial goals Experience in people management, facility management or familiarization of SAP systems will be an advantage Be a part of UOB Family UOB is an equal opportunity employer.
