\xe2\x80\xa2 Manage and oversee the full spectrum of accounting, finance and tax functions across the Group. \xe2\x80\xa2 Preparation of Group financial forecasts including P&L and cash flows for land investment, other investments, investor relations, corporate finance, business planning and performance review. \xe2\x80\xa2 Preparation management accounts on a monthly / quarterly / annual basis, from departmental basis, project basis, company basis and Group consolidated basis. \xe2\x80\xa2 Provide financial advice to senior management and BOD for decisions making & assist in developing corporate goals, strategies and as well as maximising shareholders\xe2\x80\x99 value. \xe2\x80\xa2 Head and supervise the Finance & Accounting department, to review and structure financial operational processes and cost control, and to ensure consistency in reporting and controls. \xe2\x80\xa2 Liaise with external auditors and tax agents to ensure compliance with statutory audit / tax / legal requirements \xe2\x80\xa2 Assist and advise CEO and BOD in overseeing the capital structure of the Group and any capital raising or corporate finance activities.
