Key responsibility \xe2\x80\xa2 Responsible to prepare China Full Set Accounting reports (based on China accounting standard) and financial analysis in Mandarin; \xe2\x80\xa2 To be responsible for company\'s financial scope of work, including formulating SOP, providing information for major decisions such as the company\'s strategic planning and business plan, participating in the decision-making of major issues such as the company\'s daily operations, investments, financing, etc., and providing professional opinions and suggestions on financial related parts; \xe2\x80\xa2 Establish and improve various financial management systems and internal control, standardize the company\'s financial management mechanism, and optimize financial business processes; \xe2\x80\xa2 To be responsible for Finance Department structure, job setting & scope of work; \xe2\x80\xa2 To be responsible of budget management, costing, management accounting, fund management, and financial analysis; \xe2\x80\xa2 To interact directly with clients, lawyers, and senior accounting personnel. \xe2\x80\xa2 Complete other adhoc tasks assigned by the company. Key Requirements 1) with China Accounting Certificate 2) Well versed in China Accounting Principles & Standard 3) With min. 8 - 10 years\xe2\x80\x99 hands on experience in preparing China Full Set Accounting and Financial Analysis (Based on China Accounting Standard); 4) MUST be able to speak fluent Mandarin, and able to read & write reports in Chinese (liaise and report to China Team & Clients) 5) With min. 5 years\xe2\x80\x99 working experience in Logistics Industries 6) ability to handle and analyze complex financial information
