A leading distributor of
premium skincare brands
is seeking a Finance & Admin Executive to manage daily financial documentation, invoicing, and administrative operations. This position plays a key role in ensuring accurate financial records, efficient order processing, and smooth coordination between finance, sales, and logistics functions.
Key Responsibilities
Finance
Prepare and issue invoices, credit notes, and delivery orders.
Manage Statements of Accounts (SOA) and track receivables.
Monitor payments and follow up on outstanding accounts.
Maintain financial records in line with group policies.
Provide monthly finance reports to Group Finance (Singapore HQ).
Administration
Maintain order, customer, and delivery records.
Support sales team with order forms, stock coordination, and customer service tasks.
Liaise with logistics partners for timely deliveries.
Handle office admin duties: petty cash, supplies, and local service providers.
Assist with basic inventory reconciliation, especially during promotions.
Requirements
Minimum 1 year experience in accounts/finance (any industry).
SPM, Diploma, or Degree in Finance/Accounting/Business or related field.
Detail-oriented, organised, and able to work independently.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
Benefits
Annual leave: 14 days
Outpatient medical: RM100 per visit (capped at RM500/year)
