Own It:
- Manage and prepare accurate group\xe2\x80\x99s consolidated financial reporting for timely submission.
- Responsible for cashflow & treasury reporting, budgeting, and regular reporting submission of subsidiary companies.
- Support on projects/initiatives including MFRS accounting standard (existing and new developments) and regulatory reporting exercise.
- Support on implementation of new accounting standards and accounting processes and new consolidation system.
- Prepare Financial Planning and Analysis.
Build Trust:
- Maintain, manage, and drive for finance operational efficiency with the consolidation system.
- Actively ensure compliance with laws, policies, and best practices.
One Team:
- Build and maintain effective collaborative relationships with Stakeholders/Business Units in identifying cost effectiveness and efficiencies.
- Collaborate with Subsidiaries and other departments to obtain information for management reporting purpose and coordinate with other stakeholders to ensure Monthly and Quarterly Management Reporting materials are completed and checked.

- Support the Financial Planning and Analysis with other team members.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree in Finance, Accounting or any other related field.
- Minimum 7 years of experience in Finance, Audit, Compliance, or general reporting exposure.
- Tactical and process-oriented problem solving.
- Experience in leading team members on activities such as as-is process and maturity assessment, technology evaluation, opportunity identification, business case and roadmap creation and implementation of recommendations.
- Excellent interpersonal relations and demonstrated ability to work with others effectively in teams.
