This company is a listed business in the technology industry with multiple brand presence and partnerships across markets. They are looking to hire a finance manager to be based at Bangsar to support their senior management and to manage the finance team.Your key responsibilities includes:
- Take charge of full sectrum finance for the business including the subsidiaries.
- Responsible for consolidation and reporting
- Ensure alignment of local processes and controllership compliance
- Co-ordinate with Treasury for local treasury/banking requirements
- Manage and guide a lean team towards excellence
- Support on audits, statutory reporting and tax
- At least a bachelor\'s degree in Finance/Accounting, and/or professional qualifications (ACCA, CPA, ICAEW, etc.)
- Exposure in Public listed companies
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with internal and external stakeholders (finance and non-finance)
