Job Description

• At least a Bachelor\'s degree / Professional Degree in Finance / Accountancy / Banking and minimum 3 years\' experience in a Managerial position
• Experience with operations of Retail F&B industry will be an advantage.
• Possess in-depth knowledge of ERP system, accounting framework and Regulations.
• Experience in ERP & POS system would be an added advantage.
• PC literate especially in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc
• Financial Management skills including budgeting and forecasting will be an advantage.
• Excellent communication, analytical, interpersonal and leadership skills including relationship building.

Responsibilities

• Ensure effective maintenance of full set of accounts, SST and income tax submission, cash flow forecast, and accurate reporting and statutory matters.
• Ensuring strict compliance with all accounting procedures and company policies where applicable.
• Attend to auditors on any queries and meet stipulated deadlines.
• Developed policies, processes and procedures to ensure their relevance to change in Company\'s directions, business models.
• Lead the team to achieve targeted and KPI set by management for processing function
• Lead and manage staff competency skills, growth the team .
• To align and standardize end to end process and implement automation technology to maximize the efficiency improvement
• Review creditor and follow-up closely on overdue payments.
• Ensure debtors clearing and merchant clearing are completed monthly
• Preparation of yearly budget, and periodic updating of re-forecast.
• Preparation and analysis of monthly management reports, highlighting variances between actual and forecast/budget and recommending performance improvement initiatives.
• Performs other related duties/ tasks as assigned by superior/ management
